Painted Sheet

It is the product obtained as a result of the application of primer, putty, double-coat main paint on the raw MDF surface by the printing roller method, if the pattern is to be painted, ink of that pattern and varnish as the last coat.

The primer putty and main paints we use in the production of painted boards are water-based products. UV lacquers, which are used as top surface material, enable the surfaces to be more resistant and to produce at the desired brightness level. UV varnish contains photoinitiators. UV energy activates these photoinitiators and initiates a chemical reaction, allowing the lacquer to dry and cure.

Production is made in 30 different patterns and colors.
