GLOSSMAX PRO high gloss board is a wooden panel with a decorative glossy surface obtained as a result of applying glue and UV acrylic lacquer to the surface of the melamine-coated MDF or Particle Board, with an advanced and unique technology, passing through various industrial processes. Thanks to Calender Coating Inert technology, a high surface quality and impressive gloss have been achieved with minimized surface effects. With the lacquer applied after the chemical curing of the polymeric glue (hot coating) process, which provides not only physical but also excellent chemical adhesion to the melamine coated surface, a much superior surface is obtained in terms of cutting quality and machinability compared to other glossy surfaces.
